SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer free of charge courier shipping across Lithuania. It usually takes 1-2 working days. For other EU countries the regular shipping (5-7 working days) fee is 10 euros, express shipping (1-2 working days) - 25 euros. The regular shipping (7-14 working days) fee for the rest of the world is 15 euros, express shipping (1-2 working days) - 30 euros. 

Our delivery times for regular shipping are targets only – some items may take longer to be delivered. No compensation is payable for delays. Once a reasonable period for delivery has passed, and in the absence of any information on where an item is, we may determine the item to be lost and a claim for loss may be made.

Delivery times for regular shipping depend on your local postal service and may significantly vary. Use express shipping service service if you want to avoid delays.

Once your item has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number. Delivery takes 5-7 working days in the Europe and 7-14 working days for the rest of the world depending on delivery destination.

Regular worldwide shipping is provided by DHL Global Mail. DHL Global Mail Packet Plus Priority - it is more like postal shipping, and different from DHL courier. DHL Globalmail picks up your order from our warehouse, sorts it, applies the necessary postage, and handles the order until it reaches your country. Once the order arrives in your country, it is handed off to your local post office for customs processing (if needed) and delivery. The delivery is made by your national postal service, not DHL Globalmail.

All packages (regular and express as well) feature tracking data which allows you to determine the expected arrival date. Please note that we do not include insurance in the basic shipping costs. If you would like to add insurance to the shipping of your item, please let us know in advance. 

When your order is placed we will send you a confirmation email. All orders are despatched in 3 business days. A tailoring of some garments may take up to 3 weeks. For details check garment's description.

RETURNS

If you have ordered the wrong size, decided the items do not fit you perfectly or wish to return it for any other reason we are ready for you to do so within 14 days of delivery.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange sizes, you will need to place a new order for the size that you require and return your original order. Unfortunately we're unable to put stock on hold.

We are not able to accept returned items that are soiled or dirty or have been worn or washed. All the garments have to be in their original packaging and have original label on them. We do not accept returns with removed labels.

The parcel should be returned using the Tracked & Signed service. The refund will be made as soon as the returned parcel has been received. We recommend you get a proof of posting. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed instantly. If the PayPal payment was funded by credit card the money will go back to the card and depending on the card issuer it may take up to four days before it shows on the customer’s credit card statement. Refunds of transactions that were funded by bank account or PayPal balance are credited instantly to the customer’s PayPal account. The refund will exclude shipping costs, with the exception of faulty items.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

For delivery to EU countries prices already include VAT. Taxes and duties are included in the price shown at the checkout.

Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. Price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. 

 

 

PAYMENTS

PAYPAL

Payments at UNDRESS online store are processed using PayPal. When you use PayPal your financial information is kept private and every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming the transaction.

If you have a registered PayPal account you can choose this for purchase without typing your credit card information. Signing up for a PayPal account is optional, which means that customer can complete payment first, and then decide whether to save information in a PayPal account for future purchases or not.

SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify data storage, databases and the general  Shopify application. They store your data ona secure server behind a firewall.
Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managedby the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
