Orders are shipping from Vilnius, Lithuania (EU) within 1-3 business days of purchase, except if specified otherwise. Please note that some of our garments are PRE-ORDER. A tailoring of PRE-ORDER garments may take up to 4 weeks. For details check garment's description. You will be charged for pre-orders when you place the order. If your order includes items that are not on pre-order, they will have to wait and be shipped with the pre-ordered item. If this does not work for you, please place a separate order for pre-orders.
Once your item has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number. Please always include your phone number in case courier needs to contact you!
- STANDARD WORLDWIDE shipping is provided by DHL Global Mail and UPS. Our delivery times for standard shipping are targets only – some items may take longer to be delivered. Delivery times for standard shipping depend on your local postal service and may significantly vary. Use express shipping service service if you want to avoid delays.
- EXPRESS WORLDWIDE shipping is provided by UPS or Fedex.
Please note that we do not include insurance in the basic shipping costs. If you would like to add insurance to the shipping of your item, please let us know in advance.
Customers are not expected to sign for goods at present, and our delivery partners can also accommodate contactless delivery if preferred. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.
LOST PARCELS & DELAYED DELIVERIES
We are doing our best to ship our online orders and soon as possible. No compensation is payable for delays.
In the rare event that your parcel is deemed lost or missing after an investigation through DHL Global Mail or UPS, we will do our best to replace and resend your order. We are not able to offer refunds on lost orders.
CURRENCY, DUTIES & TAXES
All product prices indicated and payments made on www.iwearundress.com are in EUR currency. Local sales tax is added to the order total for all shipments within the EU.
Deliveries to the EU countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis. That means for delivery to EU countries prices already include VAT.
Deliveries outside the EU are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. UNDRESS does not pay or reimburse international taxes, duties or brokerage fees, nor do we include these fees in the cost of delivery. Price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
As the recipient of the order, you will need to pay any import duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. We are unable to advise on the exact amount, and recommend you contact your local customs office before placing an order.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
If a delivery is refused by the receiver and returned to UNDRESS, any duties, taxes, postage or customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund issued. Original shipping charges non-refundable as well.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
When you buy something UNDRESS, we hope you love it. However, if you have ordered the wrong size, decided the items do not fit you perfectly or wish to return it for any other reason we are ready for you to do so within 14 days of delivery.
We do not offer a free returns service. All return shipping costs are at the customers expense.
As soon as you’ve decided you would like to return an item you ordered, please fill in our RETURN REQUEST FORM. You will get a return confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
You have 14 days to place a return request online and post your parcel.
• We are not able to accept returned items that are soiled or dirty or have been worn or washed.
• All the garments have to be in their original packaging and have original label on them.
• We do not offer refunds on items which have been made to order or personalised.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange sizes, you will need to place a new order for the size that you require and return your original order. Unfortunately we're unable to put stock on hold.
We take great pride in providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that occasionally there may be an issue with your purchase. If you have received a faulty item, we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please follow the steps below to initiate an exchange or return:
- Notify us of the faulty item within 7 days of delivery. Any requests made after this time period will not be considered.
- Provide us with details of the fault, including photos if possible, and your order number.
- We will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
- If your item is deemed faulty, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or refund.
Please note that we will only accept returns or exchanges for faulty items that are in their original condition and have not been used or worn. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.
As a company, we stand by the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, we will cover the shipping costs associated with returning faulty items.
If you have received a faulty item, please follow the steps outlined in our return policy and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item to us.
Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. Normally, return shipping can take up to 15-20 working days from the date you posted your parcel back to us.
Once the return has been received and aprooved, you will receive a refund email confirmation. Please note that refunds can take up to 1-5 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Original shipping charges and duties & taxes are non-refundable.
UNDRESS is committed to developing our production in the most progressive, sustainable and sensitive ways. Pre-orders help ensure that production corresponds more directly to demand, there is no overproduction.
We start tailoring of Pre-order dress after your order has been placed. Tailoring of some garments may take up to 4 weeks. If you need the dress on certain day, please contact us for more information. Adjustments can be made following your request. Any dress that have been altered or changed in any manner will not be returnable.
You will be charged for pre-orders when you place the order. If your order includes items that are not on pre-order, they will have to wait and be shipped with the pre-ordered item. If this does not work for you, please place a separate order for pre-orders. As soon as your pre-ordered piece has been sent, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details.
If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

When you use PayPal your financial information is kept private and every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming the transaction.If you have a registered PayPal account you can choose this for purchase without typing your credit card information.
