Orders are shipping from Vilnius, Lithuania (EU) within 1-3 business days of purchase, except if specified otherwise. Please note that some of our garments are PRE-ORDER. A tailoring of PRE-ORDER garments may take up to 4 weeks. For details check garment's description. You will be charged for pre-orders when you place the order. If your order includes items that are not on pre-order, they will have to wait and be shipped with the pre-ordered item. If this does not work for you, please place a separate order for pre-orders.

Please note that due to the current situation linked to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping might take a bit longer than expected. We are doing our best to ship our online orders and soon as possible. No compensation is payable for delays. Once a reasonable period for delivery has passed, and in the absence of any information on where an item is, we may determine the item to be lost and a claim for loss may be made.

Once your item has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number. Please always include your phone number in case courier needs to contact you!

  • STANDARD WORLDWIDE shipping is provided by DHL Global Mail and UPS. Our delivery times for standard shipping are targets only – some items may take longer to be delivered. Delivery times for standard shipping depend on your local postal service and may significantly vary. Use express shipping service service if you want to avoid delays.
  • EXPRESS WORLDWIDE shipping is provided by UPS.

Please note that we do not include insurance in the basic shipping costs. If you would like to add insurance to the shipping of your item, please let us know in advance. 

DUTIES & TAXES

Deliveries outside the EU are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. Price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient of the order, you will need to pay any import duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. We are unable to advise on the exact amount, and recommend you contact your local customs office before placing an order.

Should the buyer refuse the package due to import duties or taxes, the buyer takes full liability for all the costs involved in the process. Refused deliveries are subject of 15 eu (EU countries) and 20 eu (Rest of the world) return processing fee. 

Please note that refusal of your shipment will not cancel any Duty and Tax invoice that has been issued following the importation of your package. You will need to pay any Duties and Taxes due to UPS or any other courier company (who paid the charges as the package entered the country). If courier will charge us, we will reduce this amount from you refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS 

When you buy something UNDRESS, we hope you love it. However, if you have ordered the wrong size, decided the items do not fit you perfectly or wish to return it for any other reason we are ready for you to do so within 14 days of delivery.

We do not offer a free returns service. All return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. 

We are not able to accept returned items that are soiled or dirty or have been worn or washed. All the garments have to be in their original packaging and have original label on them. We do not accept returns with removed labels.

The parcel should be returned using the Tracked & Signed service. The refund will be made as soon as the returned parcel has been received. We recommend you get a proof of posting. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange sizes, you will need to place a new order for the size that you require and return your original order. Unfortunately we're unable to put stock on hold.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed instantly. If the PayPal payment was funded by credit card the money will go back to the card and depending on the card issuer it may take up to four days before it shows on the customer’s credit card statement. Refunds of transactions that were funded by bank account or PayPal balance are credited instantly to the customer’s PayPal account. The refund will exclude shipping costs, with the exception of faulty items.

Please note that refunds can take up to 2-7 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

PRE-ORDERS

You will be charged for pre-orders when you place the order. If your order includes items that are not on pre-order, they will have to wait and be shipped with the pre-ordered item. If this does not work for you, please place a separate order for pre-orders.

For delivery to EU countries prices already include VAT.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. UNDRESS has no control over these charges, nor can predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
