  • You can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returned dresses must be in their original condition—unwashed, unworn, and free from soil or damage. Items must be in their original packaging with the labels intact. We cannot accept returns if the labels have been removed.

Please note:

  • Personalized items are non-refundable.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. The email will include our decision to approve or reject your refund.
