The customer service from Undress is wonderful. I asked many questions around sizing and fit and they answered everything promptly and kindly. I ended up purchasing the LINDA dress for my wedding from a used wedding site (they were out of my size online), but the fabric was high quality and looked fantastic in photos. I purchased the TESSA dress directly from the website and it’s gorgeous! I’m so excited to wear it for a work event. I had a great experience with this company and look forward to future purchases.

Great dresses! I bought two - both were made from a good quality material, fitted well and looked great! Price definitely matched quality, it was worthwhile. I have to give a credit to Undress customer service. I asked for a quicker delivery and they were very responsive and nice to communicate with.

I bought a dark green open back evening dress and I am absolutely satisfied with the design, cut and execution! Moreover, customer service is fantastic, they were able to expedite the delivery of the dress and later processed the refund very swiftly as I had to order two sizes in order to decide which one would fit me best.

Even better in real life than on Insta! Expectations were pretty high based on the perfect photo's on Instagram. And expectations were fully met! Exactly the high quality fabric and finishing you'd expect and want to wear. Their customer service is really responsive and helpful btw, making you feel a valued customer. Their attention to detail goes not only into their dresses, but into the whole process. Needles to say: would highly recommend :)

I ordered a red long satin dress with pretty low expectations. Based on past experience with satin clothes from retail stores, I thought it would be easily prone to damage, but I just fell in love with this dress when I saw it. I honestly assumed I will only get one wear out of it, especially for the event I attended was full of dancing and wine. At one point at the event, my friend sitting near me accidentally stepped on it multiple times with her high heels. I was convinced the dress was done for. To my surprise it survived everything without a scratch! No snags, no tears, nothing. It still looks 100% ready to shine at future events. This dress completely exceeded my expectations.
